October 2019 Wellness Challenge
October?! October. Yes we are here, October two-thousand and nineteen.
It has been quite a year for all of us, I’m sure. To continue steady progress towards being my best self today I’ve decided to do a 30 day challenge of my own. It’s important to live in the moment holding whatever vision you have for your life at the fore. For me looking and feeling good, having lots of energy, being spiritually centered and emotionally balanced are crucial to everything that I wish to be, do, and have.
For the next 30 days I am committing to:
+ Work out 30 minutes or more every day
+ Meditate for at least 15 minutes a day
+ Drink at least 64 oz of water daily
+ Read for one hour per day
+ Sleep 7-8 hours per day
+ Call two friends or family members per week
+ Meet 5 new people per week
Sound like a lot? Maybe so, but it’s not difficult when you consider half of these things will take place before 9am. This next chapter of my life requires a different me and doing these things consistently is just the bare minimum foundation for my next steps.
